Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones, born September 3, 1976 in the US, is an actor. She is known for her role in soap operas such as Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. She appeared as Daphne as a character who appeared in recurring roles in the second season of HBO's hit drama True Blood. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She started her career as a teacher at Maury County where she taught students in Kindergarten and First Grade Reading. She got married in 1998 to their UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones after which she moved into Thompsons Station. The following year at Bethesda Elementary she started teaching 4th graders. Between 1999 and 2000, she continued to teach as she was completing her masters of instruction in Instruction from Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped away from the classroom when the family welcomed their son Baylor to the family in the year 2000. Ashley has been spending the past fifteen years working on the development of kids in her local congregation and in the community, while also serving as a variety of roles. Ashley is a long-time leader and leader of Thompson Station Church's Preschool Ministry as well as the Student Ministry at Thompson Station Church. Ashley has home-schooled her three children for three years during the time she was away at her home. When they were at home, the kids attended a tutoring session where Ashley was a teacher of History at the beginning of Kindergarten and in First Grade. While she enjoyed homeschooling as well as spending time with her kids God clearly showed their family members that it was the right time to return full-time school. Brent and Ashley are the parents of five kids. Silas and Eliza as well as Cruz all are students at GCA. Baylor is an GCA graduate, attends UT Martin. He is a baseball player at UT Martin. Callan is a GCA graduate, also goes to Western Kentucky University. They are a busy family that enjoys hunting fishing and cheering each other on in their favourite sports and games. Romans 8:28.
